This policy describes the privately operated FigsHub OpenSEO installation used to analyze and improve ScienceFigs, TeachFigs and related sites. Contact atomicqms@gmail.com with questions or requests.

Information accessed and purpose

When an authorized user connects Google, the application requests read-only access to Search Console data available to that Google account. The data may include site and page addresses, search queries, clicks, impressions, search positions and indexing information. We use it to review site performance, diagnose indexing and plan improvements.

Storage and sharing

The application operates on Cloudflare. Connection information and application data may be stored in Cloudflare services, including its database and object storage, and operational logs and traces may be retained. Database recovery copies can remain available for up to seven days. Data may also be cached. Access is restricted to authorized users and their connected tools.

When an authorized operator asks a connected assistant or MCP client to retrieve a report, the requested data is shared with that client and is subject to its own data handling and retention practices. Cloudflare and Google process data as service providers in connection with hosting and Search Console access.

Retention and removal

Information is kept as needed to operate and maintain the service. To request removal of a connection or associated data, contact the address above. Copies may remain temporarily in recovery systems, logs or connected clients and are subject to their retention practices. You may also revoke the application's Google access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings.

Google user data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
